We oversee a company's financial data and compliance by maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries and reconciliations. We can manage payroll, handle deposits, create and maintain financial reports, manage the ever-changing world of sales taxes as well as quarterly taxes and withholding. We reconcile bank statements to internal accounts and even help out during an internal or IRS audit.
We do not require yearly contracts.
Weekly bookkeeping
Timely month end close - by the 7th of every month, we make sure all revenue and expenses match your bank statement to the penny.
We ensure accurate financials & we do 1-on-1 monthly meetings to discuss and prepare for tax filings and documents needed by CPAs.
We offer 3-month preparation: we get you ready for the year-end tax season.
We also do VIP days: we take one day to help you set up your own business with an accounting software and teach you how to use it!
Full-charge bookkeeping
We provide bookkeeping services from start to finish all month long and keep in constant contact with the clients. We remain available to answer any and all questions the client my have.
3-Month Preparation
We provide a 3-month service that helps the client get all documents and financial records in order for the tax season and get them sent to the CPA of our client's choosing.
VIP Day
We take one day to help you set up your own business with an accounting software and teach you how to use it! During this day, we show you what you will need to have to get your business set up for the software and how to use it so that you can manage your business every day.
